  • Item in stock.
  • 1-3 Item in stock, but low quantity.
  • NOT IN STOCK Item currently out of stock but available to backorder (see Ordering of items shown as Not In Stock below.)
  • Item has been withdrawn and is no longer available. Backorder not possible.

Ordering of items shown as Not In Stock

If an item you wish to purchase is showing a status of NOT IN STOCK then this means that it is out of stock in our Bristol warehouse, and must instead be obtained for you by ordering in from the supplier (please see below for estimated supply times for supplier orders).

Please note that if an item is showing as NOT IN STOCK, it does not mean that it will be coming back into our warehouse stocks automatically. Demand for many items is not always high enough for us to warrant keeping them in stock.

Rather than wait for an item you require to appear as ' In Stock' (which may not happen if it is a non-stocked product) instead we recommend that you go ahead and place an order for it, so that we can then obtain that item specifically for you. To do this, simply add the required item/s to your basket in the same way as you would an in stock item, and then follow the checkout process in the usual manner.

We will then place it on order with the supplier specifically for you, and once it is available, we will despatch it to you according to the despatch options selected on the order. In the eventuality that the ordered item cannot be obtained, we will advise you as soon as possible and refund the payment for that item.

Estimated Supply Times

Below are shown estimated supply times, based on the current climate and experience of each supplier. Please be assured that we at Fowlers Parts are striving to fulfil customer orders as rapidly as possible to keep you on the road.

Brand ETA - Based on supplier having sufficient stock
Honda: 2-3 working days from UK warehouse
5-7 working days from EU warehouse
Kawasaki: 5-7 working days from EU warehouse
Suzuki: 2-3 working days from UK warehouse
5-7 working days from EU warehouse
Yamaha: 5-7 working days from EU warehouse
Triumph: 3-5 working days from UK warehouse
KTM Group*: 10-15 working days from EU warehouse
Piaggio Group*: 3-4 weeks from main warehouse in Italy

* KTM Group includes KTM, Husqvarna and Husaberg brands.
* Piaggio Group includes Piaggio, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Vespa, Gilera, Derbi, and Ape brands.

Please note: the times shown above are applicable only for items held in stock in the supplier warehouses. If the items you require are out of stock at the supplier warehouses, the supply time will increase, depending on the location the items must be sourced from. If you need to know in advance if the item you need may take longer than advised above, please email ETA@fowlers.co.uk and one of the team will check and come back to you.

EU Customer Ordering

Since Brexit, we at Fowlers Parts remain committed to assisting our customers in the EU, and you can continue to order from us in the usual manner and we will ship your orders via the chosen method. UK v.a.t will not be charged (where appropriate – some exemptions may apply) but we must advise that you may be subject to pay tax, duty and clearance fees on your order when it is processed through customs in the destination country. Please note that we are unable to advise you on the amounts of these costs – instead we recommend you check with the customs authority in your country to find out what you may have to pay.

EU Customers - EORI Codes

If you reside in the EU and are placing an order on behalf of, or to be delivered to, a company, we will require the EORI code for the company in order to be able to complete the shipment. Please provide your EORI code along with your FP order number to spares@fowlers.co.uk if this is applicable to you. Without this information, a delay may be encountered, or the order may be returned to us.

Can I add to my existing order, once I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add to the order after it has been placed. This is due to the automated process of picking and packing, which we are unable to stop or add to.

Quantity Column

The number listed (where shown) is the number of items used NOT the number of items you will receive.

Colour codes

If you have any doubt about the correct colour code for your bike, or which graphics, please use the "Ask Fowlers" facility. Add what you think is the correct item to the basket and send the basket to us with you full VIN number (chassis number) and complete description. Our parts experts will do their best to provide you with the correct item.

COVID-19 Situation

We understand the importance of our ability to continue to support our customers amidst this global health event, and are doing all we can to keep our operations running smoothly.

Fowlers currently have a robust stock-holding. For the majority of items, we hold a 20-week supply as standard. Our stock replenishment is continuing normally and without constraints, and there is no shortage from the manufacturer side. This could change as the Covid-19 situation develops, although we have had no indication from suppliers that this will happen in the near future.

Crisis Management Team

Fowlers has a Crisis Management Team which includes the Directors, Senior Managers and HR. This group provides guidance and strategic direction for the Fowlers Business Resiliency Plan.

We have been monitoring COVID-19 developments closely through the UK Government, Public Health England (PHE) and the World Health Organisation (WHO). As the situation continues to evolve, we are keenly focused on maintaining a safe work environment for our employees and to sustain our business operations, in order to continue to provide you with the best possible service.

Fowlers' response to the COVID-19 situation

Fowlers is aware of, and closely monitoring, the evolving Coronavirus situation and we have formulated a plan which includes:

  • Enabling work from home capabilities where practicable.
  • Liaison with our suppliers and manufacturers to mitigate any large-scale disruption, e.g. factory closures or shipments in quarantine.
  • Meetings and training courses are temporarily suspended.
  • Improving conference facilities to enable global contact to be maintained.
  • Employee awareness and education, plus provisioning and distribution of supplies such as anti-viral hand sanitiser, and disposable gloves where appropriate.
  • Social distancing protocols, which include restricting face-to-face meetings and business travel.
  • Facility preparedness and cleaning standards.

Our plans are subject to amendment based on the ever-changing guidance received. We will continue to monitor this fluid situation and will make adjustments, as necessary, to ensure essential services remain operable.
